I am writing to apologize for my insubordination. I understand that my behavior was unacceptable and I take full responsibility for my actions.
I understand that I was expected to follow the instructions given to me and I failed to do so. I regret my actions and the consequences of my behavior. I should have been more mindful of my responsibilities and I apologize for not doing so.
I understand that my actions have caused disruption in the workplace and I apologize for any inconvenience caused. I am aware that I have let down my colleagues and supervisors and I am deeply sorry for that.
In order to make amends for my actions, I am willing to take any disciplinary action that is deemed necessary. I am also willing to take any additional steps that are required to ensure that this does not happen again.
I take this incident as a learning opportunity and I will do my best to ensure that this does not happen again. I am committed to following the rules and regulations of the workplace and I will strive to be a better employee.
Once again, I apologize for my insubordination and I hope that I can be given a second chance.
